I had a great time with a group of friends exploring the local walking trails that lead us through stunning woodlands and beaches. The staff were friendly, the food was hearty, and we loved the nearby historical spots like Sizergh Castle. Everything was perfect for making memories together.

The lovely decor and charming atmosphere made our stay fantastic. Dinner was huge and scrumptious, especially the fish and chips!

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights, enjoying the delicious butternut squash soup and a hearty breakfast spread every morning. I relaxed in the cozy lounge and appreciated the beautiful walks right outside the door. The bathroom could have been a bit warmer, but it didn't spoil my experience at all. 😊

Had such a nice stay! The pub really feels homey and the staff are super friendly. My room was comfy and had a sleek shower. Breakfast was solid—quality porridge and I loved the smoked haddock with poached egg. The only bummer was the mattress was a bit too high to hop onto easily. Still, those homemade chips were out of this world!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, an inviting bar area, and wonderful staff who helped with my suitcases. The breakfast is a delight. Highly recommend visiting for a relaxing break.
